Modernise and extend the life of your test rig
Alpha Testing Systems offer digital controller upgrade packages, which enable owners of established testing systems with good mechanical condition to extend the useful life of the equipment at reasonable cost. The user’s original loading frame, test rig, actuator, transducers etc. are retained while replacing an outdated or non-functioning control and analysis system. Alpha Testing Systems will also refurbish all or part of the test rig as required to provide a complete refurbishment solution.
The package is based on the DN Compact Controller and DNSoft software package. The system is fully computer controlled and all communications are via the computer keyboard and monitor.
Most servo-hydraulic and electrodynamic (electromagnetic shakers) systems irrespective of original source are suitable for upgrading, subject to survey of equipment to ensure all compatibility issues are considered prior to finalising a proposal.
Alpha Testing Systems will offer a full support service for any refurbishment to give complete system coverage and provide customer peace of mind.
